负责达梦DM7/DM8数据库安装部署、参数调优、版本升级，完成高可用架构（数据守护、DSC共享存储集群）搭建与维护。\n\n2. 日常巡检与监控：CPU/内存/IO、慢SQL、锁等待、日志、存储使用率，及时告警与处置。\n\n3. 制定并执行备份恢复策略（逻辑导出EXPDP/物理备份DMRMAN），定期容灾演练，保障RPO/RTO达标。\n\n4. 负责Oracle/MySQL→达梦数据迁移、兼容性适配、SQL改造与性能验证。\n\n5. 数据库性能调优：执行计划分析、索引优化、AWR报告解读、dm.ini参数优化。\n\n6. 为开发团队提供SQL优化、事务优化、锁问题排查支持。\n\n7. 编写运维手册、应急预案、变更方案与上线文档。\n\n二、硬性要求（必须满足）\n\n1. 大专及以上，计算机/软件/电子信息相关专业。\n\n2. 1-3年及以上数据库运维经验，熟悉Linux（CentOS/RHEL）。\n\n3. 精通达梦数据库安装、配置、启停、用户权限、表空间管理。\n\n4. 精通SQL，能编写存储过程、函数、触发器，具备SQL调优能力。\n\n5. 能编写Shell/Python自动化脚本，实现巡检/备份/监控自动化。\n\n6. 能接受驻场/项目现场支持优先。\n\n三、加分项（优先录用）\n\n1. 持有达梦DCA/DCP认证、Oracle OCP认证。\n\n2. 有信创项目、国产化数据库落地经验。\n\n3. 有Oracle/MySQL到达梦迁移实战经验。\n\n4. 熟悉达梦数据守护、读写分离、MPP集群等高可用方案。\n\n5.
