Join #TeamYardi.\nYour impact:\nAs a Technical Analyst, you'll help clients get the most out of Yardi's software solutions by investigating complex technical issues, analyzing system requirements, and identifying effective solutions.\nYou'll work closely with clients and internal teams, serving as an escalation point for challenging technical issues and helping improve system functionality and performance.\nThis hybrid role requires working from the office at least two days per week, so please take into account that you should be based in or near Cluj-Napoca. \nWhat you'll bring along:\nBachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Computer Science, or related fields is required; \nProficiency in SQL; experience with other programming languages is a plus;\nFluency in English, with strong communication skills;\nExcellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills;\nAbility to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences;\nStrong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; \nBasic understanding of ERP systems and software development concepts; \nFamiliarity with network configurations and associated peripherals. \nWhat you'll do:\nInvestigate and resolve complex application issues, serving as an escalation resource for client requests; \nWork closely with clients and internal teams to identify technical challenges and develop effective solutions; \nAnalyze existing workflows, evaluate system requirements, and recommend improvements to optimize software
