It sits at the intersection of process thinking, analytical depth, and applied AI, with a clear mandate to make our marketing and business operations faster, smarter, and more consistent. You will analyze how work currently gets done, identify where AI and automation can create real leverage, and design and implement solutions that stick.\nFrom mapping workflows to deploying AI-enabled tools, documenting what you build, and enabling your colleagues to actually use it, your work will directly shape how our team operates at scale. You will work closely with colleagues across marketing, product, and technology, serving as the connective layer between business needs and AI-powered execution.\nThis hybrid role requires working from the office at least once a week, so please keep in mind that you should be based in or near Cluj-Napoca. Starting in January 2027, the in-office requirement will increase to two days per week.\nPlease submit your application in English.\nWhat you'll bring along:\nUniversity degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a related field;\n3+ years of experience in analytics, process design, automation, or a technically adjacent role;\nHands-on experience designing or implementing AI-enabled workflows, automation logic, or process improvements, going beyond mere familiarity with the tools;\nAbility to translate ambiguous business and operational needs into structured workflow designs and clear use cases;\nComfortable working with structured datasets to extract, analyze, and interpret information in support of workflow and reporting tasks;\nExperience evaluating and working with AI tools and platforms (e.g. LLM-based tools, no-code/low-code automation, prompt-driven workflows);\nStrong analytical thinking: able to identify patterns, measure impact, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;\nComfortable producing clear, thorough documentation, including workflow specs, process standards, and implementation guides;\nEffective at managing multiple concurrent projects independently, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through;\nCurious about the AI landscape: you actively track emerging tools and capabilities and can assess their practical relevance;\nWorking knowledge of digital marketing channels, web UX, and marketing workflows, enough to translate them into data models and automation logic.\nWhat you'll do:\nAnalyze existing marketing and business workflows to identify where AI-driven automation and optimization can create measurable efficiency gains;\nDesign, document, and implement AI-supported workflows that improve planning, execution, content creation, reporting, and decision-making;\nTranslate marketing and operational requirements into concrete workflow designs, use cases, and automation logic, without necessarily writing production code;\nEvaluate, test, and recommend AI tools, platforms, and integrations; produce formal assessment reports with clear recommendations;\nMonitor the performance and adoption of implemented workflows; identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, and act on them;\nMaintain workflow documentation, standards, and best practices to ensure clarity, repeatability, and long-term maintainability;\nSupport change management across teams through training, documentation, and hands-on guidance for AI tools and workflows;\nPrepare and present workflow proposals, impact assessments, and progress updates to stakeholders and leadership;\nPerform analytical work including market and competitive research, customer behavior studies, and business metrics tracking;\nCollaborate closely with colleagues within the marketing department across different specializations, and with product and technology teams, to ensure AI solutions are aligned with actual business needs;\nResearch emerging AI capabilities on a continuous basis and assess their practical relevance for our operations;\nContribute to a team
