Location: 1 Dixon Square, Chestertown, MD 21620
Work Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Pay Range: $18.00 - $21.00/hourly

What You'll Do:
- Support both internal and external customers with professionalism and care
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle invoicing and accounts receivable functions
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or service concerns
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and continuous improvements
What We're Looking For:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service or administrative support preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
