  • Communicate technical non-conformances to suppliers and internal production teams, following up to verify that process adjustments are effective.
  • Inspect and approve incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods against engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Communicate nonconformances to affected parties and lead the initiative for corrections.
  • Issue Corrective Actions where appropriate.
  • Manage containment efforts where needed for non-conforming products.
  • Manage all production gauges; recommending gauges for new parts and keeping existing gauges calibrated.
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert, educating and training floor personnel on quality best practices, blueprint reading, and measurement techniques.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related science required. Greenbelt certification, ASQ Certified.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a quality, inspection, engineering or manufacturing role.
  • Quality Engineer (CQE) or Inspector (CQI) preferred.
  • Experience with quality and measurement systems is required.
  • Knowledge of quality systems and procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Statistical Process Control (SPC): Experience using tools like Minitab or Excel to analyze process capability.
  • Proficiency in 5-Why, Fishbone (Ishikawa), or 8D methodologies.
  • Strong working knowledge of mechanical measurement equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges and thread gauges.
  • Familiarity with engineering drawings, blueprints, and industry specifications such as ANSI, ASTM, API and 3A.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay with shift premium
  • Bonus and incentive programs
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family
  • 401K retirement plan
  • Tuition reimbursement and training opportunities
  • Paid vacation, holidays, and PTO
  • Gym reimbursements, and more!
