In this role, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the organization's technology environment, including VMware, Microsoft 365, Azure, storage, networking, and cybersecurity systems. Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.\nWhat You'll Do:\nMaintain and support the organization's enterprise infrastructure, ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, and available for business operations. \nAdminister and support virtual server environments using VMware technologies, including vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi. \nManage Microsoft server technologies and core services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365. \nManage enterprise backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions, including Veeam and cloud-based retention systems. \nSupport Azure cloud services and assist with the ongoing optimization of cloud-based resources and applications. \nMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and serve as a Tier III escalation resource for complex technical problems. \nPerform system maintenance activities including patching software upgrades, backup administration, and recovery testing. \nManage and support storage systems, virtualization platforms, Citrix environments, and related infrastructure technologies. \nSupport network infrastructure including switches, VLANs, VPN connections, and firewall technologies. \nHelp maintain cybersecurity controls through system hardening, patch management, security monitoring, and compliance initiatives. \nWhat We're Looking For:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. \nPreferred certifications include VMWare, O365/Azure Professional, Microsoft Server, HP Switch, Firewall, and Citrix. \n7-10 years of experience administering VMware environments, including vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi\n3-5 years of experience with storage platforms, networking concepts, VPNs, firewalls, and cybersecurity principles. \nExtensive knowledge of Microsoft Server operating systems and networking protocols \nStrong knowledge of backup and recovery solutions, preferable Veeam, and disaster recovery best practices. \nExperience troubleshooting infrastructure, server, and application issues in a production environment. \nStrong ability to work independently and collaboratively to address incidents, problems, provide access management, and contribute to infrastructure enhancement projects. \nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. \nStrong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support. \nWhat We Offer:\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family\nCompetitive salary\nBonus programs\n401K retirement plan\nTraining opportunities\nTuition reimbursement\nPaid vacation, PTO, and holidays\nGym reimbursements, and more!\nWho We Are: The Dixon Group is a global, family-owned manufacturing company with a history of over 100 years of operation in the U.S.A.
