We can potentially provide a leadership path from Parts Warehouse/Driver to Parts Counter and Parts Manager.\nAt Yark, a Parts Warehouse Clerk/Driver is responsible for delivering and picking up parts and equipment for customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors as required.\nParts Warehouse Clerk/Driver Duties include but are not limited to:\nCoordinate with the Parts Manager, wholesale representative, inventory control administrator, and parts counterpersons prior to leaving the dealership for any last-minute pick-ups or deliveries\nReceive all parts\nPull stock from shelves and stage for delivery\nStock parts to correct storage location\nNotify manager of any errors or issues with inventory\nUnload truck each night and turn in all paperwork and undelivered parts\nHandle basic maintenance of the parts truck, including filling the tank with gas, checking oil, keeping it clean, and making sure that the required inspections are performed\nMaintain professional appearance. Maintain a high level of grooming and uniform appearance daily\nMarginal Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\nServe as back-up for Parts Clerk for inventory functions\nMatch purchase orders and invoices, approves, and forwards to Accounting Office\nSchedule:\nThis position can be full time or part time\nFlexible schedule\nRequirements\nA valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required for this role.\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
