RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the main quality interface between Yazaki and the customer.
- Monitor, report, and follow up on quality concerns related to Yazaki products.
- Coordinate and track 8D corrective actions and problem-solving activities.
- Perform audits, product inspections, and verification of implemented countermeasures.
- Support manufacturing plants in resolving quality issues.
- Coordinate containment and rework activities when required.
- Support customer quality requirements and reporting activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in technical field.
- Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (8D, Root Cause Analysis, etc.).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a customer-facing environment.
- Fluent in French and English (selection process will be conducted in English).
- Willingness to travel as required.
