We are currently seeking high potential candidates to join us through Design Validation Plan (DVP) team, reporting directly to the area supervisor.\nPosition Mission: Lead, develop and maintain the complete Design Validation Plan (DVP) for assigned projects, ensuring all customer requirements are cascaded, validated and documented, while coordinating internal and external validation activities to secure robust product and its quality.\nMain tasks & responsibilities:\nProduct Validation & Development\nDevelop, implement and maintain the full Design Validation Plan (DVP) for assigned projects.\nAnalyse and manage cascaded customer requirements to ensure compliance throughout the validation process.\nCoordinate all internal and external validation activities.\nConduct validation testing, technical reviews and functional assessments.\nTrack and report DVP progress, risks and issues, escalating where needed.\nPrepare technical documentation, validation reports and customer sign off deliverables.\nAct as the primary technical interface to the customer for all matters related to validation and requirements.\nSupport quality, process improvement and compliance activities.\nTeam & Cross Functional Support\nFacilitate smooth communication between engineering teams, testing teams and other internal stakeholders.\nPromote and support improvement activities related to validation processes and methodologies.\nEnsure effective information cascading among department members and cross functional teams.\nBusiness & Project Management\nSupport project planning by defining validation timelines and dependencies.\nTrack milestone adherence and ensure due dates agreed with the customer are followed.\nRequirements:\nAcademic Background\nDegree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Materials Engineering, or similar.\nTechnical Skills\nSolid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (advanced level).\nKnowledge of DFMEA and design validation processes.\nUnderstanding of automotive standards (IATF / ISO / TISAX).\nLanguages\nAdvanced English (spoken and written).\nSoft Skills\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills for customer and stakeholder interaction.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.\nDynamism, resilience and self-discipline.\nStrong time-management and team-working skills.\nAvailability to travel if required.\nAt Yazaki, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for everyone which extends to all aspects of the employment relationship.\nWe are looking forward to receiving your application and to get to know you.
