To strengthen our team, we are looking for a IT Sr. Business Analyst/Developer (f/m/d).\nResponsibilities:\nService Design and Service Transition:\nTask can occur in following main acitvity clusters:\nService Design: Create blueprint or specification for an IT solution.\nService Transition: Build new IT solution (e.g. customizing and developments) triggered by Incidents, Changes, Problems or Projects. Coordinate and steer others (developers, external/internal consultants) within area of responsibility (e.g. workpackage, function etc). Align with requester (e.g. key user) for testing and quality assurance, support of deployment and provide proper documentation.\nIn case of being a Project or Change Lead (= overall responsible) ensure proper handling of scope, quality, time and budget. \nChange Manager about progress and status according to IT-AM framework; update Service Now in time (e.g. status reports) in given times as agreed within the IT-AM.\nCommunicate and align with requester and stakeholder as overall contact person, use escalation procedure in case of disagreements.\nActively gain knowledge in the assigned area if any changes appear or if a new process is implemented. Support in review a changed / new documentation. Create a documentation if needed and ensure that this stored on a central storage as defined.\nTrain other persons in the area (primarely IT knowledge transfer; business trainings are possible on request if useful) and ensure creating / usage of proper training material.\nEnsure clear communication to other colleagues that SME on defined area is available. \nProvides cont. improvements in the particular area of expertise and activily push those ideas to the IT organization up to getting a decision on further steps as implementation.\nService Operations:\n 2nd and 3rd level support of service operations for Incidents and Problems\n Take over 24/7 on-duty support where needed (in allignment with SOM\nRequirements:\nDegree in Business Admnistration and Information Technology\nMinimium Professional experience - 1 year\nBusiness process automotive;\n Proficient Knowledge in SAP Materials management, SAP Warehouse management, SAP Handling unit management, Basic knowledge in SD and PP, ABAP, ITIL knowledge, Project Management capabilities, Master Data Management;\nKnowledge of communication protocols, EDI standards (VDA, EDIFACT) and its message segments structure.;\nFluency in written and spoken English\nGood communication skills\nDynamism, resilience, and self-discipline\nTeamworking\nAvailability to travel\n\nAt Yazaki, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for everyone which extends to all aspects of the employment relationship.\nWe are looking forward to receiving your application and to get to know you.
