To strengthen our team, we are looking for a LR& HR Admin Specialist L2 in our plant in Meknes .\nTasks & Attributions :\nAdminister employee offboarding and manage employment lifecycle activities, including contract renewals and probation periods.\nEnsure compliance with labor laws, company policies, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements.\nSupport labor relations, including communication with employee representatives and unions, as well as disciplinary and grievance processes.\nPrepare and maintain HR documentation, including employment letters, contracts, disciplinary notices, and employee records.\nCoordinate attendance, leave management, employee data updates, and HR system transactions.\nHandle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, employment conditions, and administrative matters.\nPrepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation; support HR audits and continuous improvement of HR processes.\nSupport employee engagement initiatives and ensure compliance with EH&S, QMS, and 5S standards.\nQualifications :\nMaster Degree in Human ressources Management , Business Administration, Law, or a related field.\nMin 3 years of experience in in HR administration and labor relations.\nStrong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.\nExperience with HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.\nFluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.\nAt Yazaki, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for everyone which extends to all aspects of the employment relationship.\nWe are looking forward to receiving your application and to get to know you.
