Actualmente buscamos talento con fuerte potencial de desempeño y energía capaz de fortalecer y generar el ambiente de trabajo positivo que nos enorgullece.\nPMO/ Purchasing Strategic Coordinator\nPOSITION SUMMARY\nSupports the North America Indirect Procurement Leadership Team by coordinating strategic follow-up, executive activities, reporting, and business information.\nThe role serves as a key link between leadership, Purchasing management, Finance, and other stakeholders, consolidating and analyzing information to provide visibility on savings strategies, business priorities, action plans, and key initiatives.\nThis role combines executive coordination with strategic and analytical support, consolidating business information, monitoring key initiatives, and translating data into clear reports and actionable insights for leadership.\n\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES\nCoordinate and follow up with Purchasing management on savings strategies, action plans, and key business priorities.\nConsolidate, analyze, and prepare reports on savings, project/initiative progress, and key performance indicators for leadership.\nFacilitate follow-up meetings with management to review strategic initiatives, commitments, and progress.\nServe as a coordination link between Purchasing, Finance, and other stakeholders for the timely exchange of business, fiscal, tax, and administrative information.\nCoordinate executive agendas, meetings, travel arrangements, and related follow-up activities.\nPrepare executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and briefing materials.\nOrganize and maintain business information, databases, trackers, and documentation using Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office tools.\nFollow up on action items and ensure timely communication and visibility of key priorities.\nREQUIREMENTS\n\nDegree Requirements:\n\nBachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Engineering, or Project Management related field.\n\nCertification Requirements:\n\nNA\n\nPrevious Experience:\n\n2-3 years of experience in PMO, Business Planning, Executive Coordination, or a related function.\n\nExperience coordinating cross-functional projects and supporting leadership initiatives.
