Their expertise, dedication, and collaboration drive our performance every day.\nTo strengthen our team, we are looking for a Traffic Clerk to join our Officesin Genk.\nWhat will you do:\nBook transport orders, monitor and follow up progress (ETA) of in & outgoing shipments.\nMaintain shipment and transportation records in relevant systems.\nCoordinate and communicate arrival & departure times of shipments with internal stakeholders and Yard management systems.\nValidate transportation & customs service invoices, and register in database.\nCommunicate shipment requirements & documents with carriers and logistics partners.\nInform customers and stakeholders regarding delivery schedules and shipment updates..\nPrepare and review shipping documentation, including:Waybills\nDelivery notes\nInvoices\nCustoms documents\nCertificates of origin and related export documentation\n\nInsert shipment data in ERP for ASN.\nSupport in delivering documents for PoD.\nManage PR/PO in Coupa for sourced services & payments.\nPerform transport RFQ in bidding portals for emergency / premium freights.\nPer alternating weekly/monthly pattern have 24/7 availability to support emergencies.\nArrange transportation for returnable packaging materials\nMaintain accurate logistics and customs records.\nMonitor shipment status and proactively resolve transportation issues.\nSupport continuous improvement of transportation and logistics processes.\nPlan shipments to maximize efficiency and optimize transportation costs.\nEnsure compliance with company policies and applicable customs regulations.\nYour profile:\nBachelor's degree Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field.\nMinimum 2 yearts of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, customs, or supply chain operations.\nExperience working with international shipments is considered an advantage.\nStrong Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills.\nExperience with SAP or other ERP systems.\nKnowledge of transportation and logistics processes.\nUnderstanding of import/export documentation and customs procedures.\nAbility to maintain accurate records and analyze shipment-related data.\nEnglish proficiency required.\nFrench, German, and/or Dutch language skills are considered as advantage.\nWe are looking forward to receiving your application and getting to know you.
