You will be a vital voice in shaping our product, leveraging our Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) stack to deliver elegant, high-impact solutions for both iOS and Android users.\nThis role is 100% remote and open to candidates based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the U.K.\nYOUR MISSION\nYour mission is to translate user needs and product vision into robust, high-quality code that powers a world-class user experience. You will own the technical execution within the squad, living best practices and helping the entire team.\nOwn Features End-to-End. You will take ideas from a technical design to a polished, deployed feature. You'll be responsible for writing clean, maintainable code, ensuring high test coverage and monitoring the impact of your work in production.\n\nPartner with Product and Design. You won't just be handed tickets. You'll be a key contributor to the \"why,\" providing technical insights, weighing trade-offs and helping to shape a roadmap that is both ambitious and achievable.\n\nChampion Technical Excellence. You will be a steward of our codebase, helping to manage technical debt, improve performance and drive the adoption of modern practices within our Kotlin Multiplatform architecture.\n\nElevate the Team Around You. You'll act as a mentor for other engineers, leading by example with thoughtful code reviews, improving team processes and sharing your knowledge to help everyone grow.\n\nYOUR PROFILE\nWe're looking for a seasoned engineer who is passionate about the craft but even more passionate about the impact their code has on users.\nDeep Expertise in Modern Mobile Development. You have significant experience building native mobile apps on Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose). Experience with iOS development (Swift, SwiftUI) is a plus, along with a willingness to expand ownership across both ecosystems. KMP experience is a big plus.\n\nA True Product Engineer. You are obsessed with the user experience and the \"why\" behind what you're building. You're comfortable with product metrics and are driven to see your work make a measurable impact.\n\nPragmatic and Results-Oriented. You have high standards for code quality but also know when to make pragmatic trade-offs to ship value to users. You can clearly articulate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical partners, ensuring everyone is aligned.\n\nExperience with Kotlin Multiplatform is a massive plus, but a strong foundation in native development and a passion for learning are most important.\n\nOUR CORE TECH STACK\nWe believe in Kotlin Multiplatform and use it heavily in our modularized monorepo.
