We are looking for anERP Support & Development Specialist to be responsible for supporting, developing, and continuously improving ERP systems and related software applications at our factory located in Dilovası.\nGeneral Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or other related departments,\nPreferably at least 3 years of experience in ERP support and software development,\nKnowledge of ERP systems and applications, \nGood command of SQL and at least one programming language; knowledge of Java or JSP is preferred,\nGood command of written and spoken English, \nStrong reporting, presentation preparation, and presentation skills,\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities,\nGood communication and teamwork skills, \nEager to learn and open to continuous development, \nResult-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills,\nAbility to build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders,\nPreferably knowledgeable about finance and accounting legislation,\nPreferably knowledgeable about the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System and its standards,\nPreferably knowledgeable about business analysis techniques.\nJob Description\nProviding user support for the ERP system and related software applications actively used within the company,\nDeveloping, testing, and implementing ERP, Management Information System (MIS), and Business Intelligence (BI) applications in accordance with company policies, objectives, applicable legislation, and standards,\nEvaluating new software and development requests and carrying out the related planning, analysis, development, and testing activities,\nMonitoring, identifying, and resolving issues related to ERP systems, software applications, and databases,\nEvaluating user requests and issues related to ERP automation modules and taking the necessary actions,\nCoordinating with the relevant local and overseas IT teams when necessary,\nAnalyzing, designing, developing, and continuously improving existing systems,\nDeveloping software solutions to support ERP-related automation processes,\nPerforming database consistency tests for newly developed or updated codes,\nCarrying out planning and maintenance activities for ERP systems and databases, including performance tuning, capacity planning, backup, and business continuity,\nProviding training on software applications, document management systems, and reporting tools used throughout the company,\nSupporting the system orientation process of newly hired employees,\nMonitoring the progress of local and international projects,\nPreparing periodic reports regarding ERP operations, system performance, and improvement activities,\nFollowing technological developments and recommending solutions that can be implemented within company processes,\nContributing to continuous improvement, efficiency enhancement, and cost-reduction activities,\nPerforming duties in compliance with the company’s Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, and 5S standards.\n\nPlease note that, as English is required for this position, we kindly ask candidates to submit their applications in English.
