Due to the continued growth of our office, we are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Associate based in Vietnam to support our regional finance function.\nWhat You Will Do:1.Financial Accounting & ReportingManage full set of accounts, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations. \nSupport month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. \nPrepare financial statements, including profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports. \n2.Invoice Compliance & Revenue ControlEnsure invoices are raised only upon receipt of signed Service Acceptance Minutes from the project team. \nVerify that all invoices comply with applicable VAT and e-invoicing regulations. \nMaintain proper documentation to support all billing activities for audit and tax purposes. \n3.Expense Capture & Cost Classification\nRecord project-related expenses promptly and accurately in the accounting system based on information provided by project teams. \nEnsure proper classification of costs (e.g., direct project costs vs. overhead). \nMaintain accurate and complete supporting documentation for all recorded expenses. \n4.Audit Readiness & Documentation\nMaintain organized records of signed acceptance documents alongside corresponding invoices for audit and tax inspection purposes. \nEnsure all financial and expense documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with statutory and internal requirements. \n5.Tax, Payroll & Compliance\nOversee tax compliance, including VAT, PIT, CIT, and FCT filings and payments. \nProcess payroll, including salary calculations, statutory deductions, and payments. \nManage employee claims and ensure accurate recording within payroll and accounting records. \nEnsure compliance with statutory reporting requirements, including social insurance and audit support. \n6.Planning, Systems & Stakeholder Management\nSupport budgeting and forecasting activities, contributing to financial planning and cost management. \nLiaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions. \nUtilize accounting systems (e.g., SAP, MISA, or other ERP platforms) for financial tracking and reporting. \n7.Administrative Support\nPerform machine translation of client contracts from English to Vietnamese, where required, as an administrative task. \nNote: This translation is for internal reference only;
