OVERVIEW: The Business Operations Instructor will report to the Lead Business Operations Instructor and will teach foundational concepts related to our Business Career Pathway curriculum. Your role involves facilitating practical, experience-based learning that equips students with essential competencies and skills to succeed in business settings, emphasizing peer learning and self-driven curiosity. This role is a key member of the academic team and may be expected to take on additional academic projects. To succeed in this role, you'll bring a passion for education, classroom experience, and diverse knowledge of business operations and project management, Microsoft Office, artificial intelligence, and data-based business decisions and their application in the workplace. You're someone who finds satisfaction in facilitating creative, interactive lessons and serving as an advisor and coach to our young adults. You will also have the opportunity to interact with students as a mentor, group facilitator, and advocate, contributing to building a positive educational environment.
