  • Mettre en place des outils et des processus transverses pour optimiser le fonctionnement de la Direction Produit.
  • Animer, partager et garantir les bonnes pratiques au sein des communautés Produit.
  • Coordonner les efforts inter-départements et inter-squad en tant que ScrumMaster ou Product Manager.

Profil recherché

**Un·e Product OPS**

* Doté.e d'une excellente culture produit, grâce à plusieurs expériences dans des environnements différents (et à l'échelle)

* Tu sais mettre en place des outils et des process transverses pour rendre optimale le fonctionnement de Direction Produit

* Tu animes, tu partages et tu es garant des bonnes pratiques au sein de communautés Produit

* Tu as eu des expériences préalable en tant que ScrumMaster, Product Manager impliquant la coordination inter-départements/inter-squad.
