This workforce is characterized by its linguistic diversity, with collective speaking of over 25 languages, underscoring the company’s extensive international reach.\nThe Product Manager, Crypto, owns the product strategy for Yellow Card's crypto product line, with a focus on custody models, digital asset infrastructure, and the yield capabilities we plan to build in 2027. You will evaluate yield providers in the market, shortlist those that are commercially viable for Yellow Card, decide which to integrate first, and test that realized returns match what was promised, so that our clients have a compelling reason to hold more funds with us. This is a crypto-heavy role: payments knowledge is useful context, but the core of the work is crypto and stablecoin products.\nWhat You'll Do\nPrimary responsibility: Build out the strategy and execution plan for Yellow Card's yield product, including discovery, provider evaluation, integration sequencing, and launch in 2027\nSecond responsibility: Evaluate yield providers across returns, counterparty and smart contract risk, liquidity and withdrawal terms, regulatory exposure, and commercial fit, and select one to three to integrate\nThird responsibility: Own the crypto product roadmap across custody and digital asset infrastructure, applying a working understanding of self-custody, hybrid custody, and third-party custody models and the key players in the market\nFourth responsibility: Define the metrics that show the health of the crypto product line, including yield adoption, realized versus promised returns, and exposure against limits, and advise on how to sustain growth\nFifth responsibility: Work closely with engineering, treasury, risk, compliance, finance, and the payments product team to define requirements, controls, pricing, and go-to-market for crypto products\nWhat We Are Looking For\nMinimum of 5 years of product management experience, ideally with a meaningful portion at a crypto, stablecoin, or digital asset company\nWorking knowledge of custody models (self-custody, hybrid custody, and institutional custodians) and the main players in the market, with a view on what differentiates them\nUnderstanding of how yield is generated in crypto and stablecoin markets, and the associated counterparty, smart contract, liquidity, and depeg risks\nExperience shipping complex financial or blockchain-based products, including third-party integrations from discovery to production\nStrong quantitative and analytical skills, with experience defining outcome-based metrics and translating data into product decisions\nAbility to work embedded with engineering teams and to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders\nWhat Would Make You Stand Out\nExperience evaluating and onboarding yield, staking, or DeFi providers\nFamiliarity with blockchain networks, wallets, and on-chain transaction monitoring\nBackground in payments, cross-border flows, or treasury and liquidity management\nExperience operating in emerging markets or within a licensed, regulated environment\nWhat Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days\n30 days: Ramped up on Yellow Card's current crypto and stablecoin products, custody setup, clients, and metrics; met key stakeholders across Engineering, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, and Sales; identified quick wins and immediate blockers.\n60 days: Published a clear point of view on the yield landscape and a shortlist of candidate providers, with evaluation criteria covering returns, risk, liquidity, and commercial fit.\n90 days: Delivered a yield product plan to leadership, including the recommended first provider, an integration and testing approach, success metrics, and a prioritized crypto roadmap the team is executing against.\nWhat We Offer\nCompensation & Benefits: We offer competitive compensation and meaningful health coverage, and all full-time employees are participants in our stock option plan.\nLearning & Development: Access to resources, support, and autonomy to grow professionally.\nRemote-First Flexibility: We embrace a fully remote work environment.\nMental Health Support Services: Your mental well-being matters to us.\nGlobal & Diverse Team: You will have the opportunity to work with talented professionals from 24+ countries across the world, in a multicultural and collaborative environment.\nGlobal Impact: You’ll be part of a team shaping the future of global FinTech and stablecoin accessibility.\nReady to Join Us?\nAre you up for the challenge?
