monitoring, and alert management, ensuring service continuity and operational efficiency.\n\nSupport automation, orchestration, and integration initiatives using the ServiceNow platform, ensuring solutions are aligned with organizational and business requirements.\n\nDevelop and implement ServiceNow enhancements in coordination with offshore managed services teams, including request creation, form updates, portal customization, and workflow improvements.\n\nWork closely with application users and operations teams to understand requirements and use cases, translating business needs into efficient self-service solutions.\n\nEvaluate and implement new ServiceNow capabilities, including Automated Test Framework (ATF) and Virtual Agent, to improve automation and user experience.\n\nSupport ServiceNow upgrade activities, ensuring new releases are implemented effectively and with minimal service disruption.\n\nCoordinate the release of enhancements, ensuring developments are delivered, tested, and deployed within agreed timelines and quality standards.\n\nDesign and develop customized support tools and automation solutions to improve production processes and operational efficiency.\n\nDefine and produce metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor system performance, automation effectiveness, and service quality.\n\nCreate and maintain clear technical documentation to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and evolution of automation scripts and ServiceNow solutions.\n\nCollaborate with technical and functional stakeholders to continuously identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.\n\nRequirements\n3 to 7 years of professional experience as a ServiceNow Developer, Tools Engineer, or in a similar role working across multiple ServiceNow modules.\n\nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex technical issues.\n\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nStrong experience with system integrations, workflow automation, and process orchestration, particularly within the ServiceNow ecosystem.\n\nSolid hands-on experience with Web Services integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs.\n\nGood knowledge of directory and identity services, including Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP.\n\nExperience with scripting, programming, and automation technologies such as:\nJavaScript\n\nPowerShell\n\nPython\n\nAnsible\n\nTerraform\n\nXML\n\nStrong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.\n\nSolid experience with ITSM and ITOM modules.\n\nFamiliarity with additional ServiceNow modules such as HRSD and CSM is highly valued.\n\nExperience or familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Kubernetes and Docker Swarm.\n\nExposure to cloud container services such as AWS EKS and Azure AKS.\n\nFamiliarity with software development tools, IDEs, version control systems, and code repositories.\n\nStrong understanding of the ITIL framework and IT Service Management best practices.\n\nAbility to create meaningful reports and translate technical data into actionable insights for stakeholders.\n\nFluent English, both written and spoken.\n\nNice to Have\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other relevant ServiceNow certifications.\n\nKnowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in iterative and collaborative development environments.\n\nExperience with Workflow Data Fabric and advanced
