day-to-day mechanical construction field operations in San Antonio, TX\n\nDirect foremen, skilled craft personnel, subcontractors, and field crews throughout the mechanical scope of work\n\nPlan manpower and adjust labor resources as project demands and construction schedules change\n\nCoordinate HVAC, plumbing, piping, mechanical, MEP, and related building system installations\n\nDrive field execution from project mobilization and rough-in through startup, commissioning, punch list, and turnover\n\nReview blueprints, construction drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and project requirements before and during installation\n\nCoordinate mechanical work with electrical, structural, architectural, and other construction trades\n\nManage look-ahead schedules, daily field activities, material deliveries, equipment needs, and installation sequencing\n\nConduct jobsite walks to monitor progress, workmanship, productivity, safety, and quality\n\nParticipate in project coordination and progress meetings\n\nMonitor labor and field costs while supporting project budgets and cost-control objectives\n\nIdentify constructability and field coordination issues early and drive solutions that keep the project moving\n\nEnforce company safety procedures and OSHA regulations across field operations\n\nMaintain quality-control standards and applicable construction and regulatory requirements\n\nCoordinate inspections, testing, startup, commissioning, punch-list completion, and project turnover\n\nCommunicate field progress, manpower requirements, schedule concerns, MEP Superintendent, Mechanical Construction Superintendent, or comparable construction field leadership position\n\nStrong background in commercial or large-scale mechanical construction\n\nProven experience supervising foremen, skilled craft personnel, field crews, and subcontractors\n\nWorking knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, mechanical systems, MEP systems, and building systems\n\nStrong understanding of OSHA regulations, jobsite safety, and construction safety procedures\n\nExperience with construction scheduling, look-ahead planning, manpower allocation, and field coordination\n\nExperience monitoring labor costs, budgets, productivity, and cost-control objectives\n\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, specifications, and related project documents\n\nKnowledge of mechanical installation, inspections, quality control, commissioning, and project turnover\n\nAbility to coordinate mechanical work with other trades and resolve field conflicts\n\nStrong construction leadership, communication, mentoring, organization, and problem-solving skills\n\nAbility to manage changing field conditions while maintaining safety, schedule,
