In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving growth by sourcing accurate contact information, compiling lead lists, and performing outreach using provided tools and scripts. You’ll also support light administrative tasks and data organization to ensure efficient lead tracking and follow-up.\nThis is a remote role best suited for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nResearch and extract potential leads from a variety of platforms, databases, and online resources\n\nUtilize web research techniques to gather contact information and verify lead details\n\nConduct outreach to prospects via phone and email using pre-written scripts to book qualified appointments\n\nEnter, update, and organize lead data accurately in spreadsheets and tracking systems\n\nBe tech-savvy and adaptable, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new tools or software platforms\n\nProvide generation and appointment setting\n\nFamiliarity with industries such as real estate, construction, or home services is a plus\n\nSolid background in lead research, prospecting, and outreach strategies\n\nComfortable and confident making outbound calls to U.S.-based prospects\n\nHighly detail-oriented with strong skills in data research, organization, and tracking\n\nAble to manage light administrative tasks, perform timely follow-ups, and maintain consistent outreach efforts\n\nProficient in Google Sheets or Excel for data entry and reporting\n\nExperience with lead enrichment tools such as Clay.com, BenVerified, or SkipTracing is preferred\n\nFamiliarity with VoIP systems like JustCall or similar platforms (access may be provided by the client)\n\nMust have a reliable work-from-home setup with a contingency plan for power or internet outages\n\nWillingness to work during U.S. business hours and occasional weekends, if
