Low drama.\nWhy this role exists\nOur recruitment operation relies on accurate candidate data, consistent sourcing efforts, and well-organized systems.\nWithout that foundation, candidate pipelines become unreliable, recruiting teams lose efficiency, and opportunities get missed.\nThe Sourcing Intern is responsible for supporting recruiting operations through candidate sourcing, data management, and administrative tasks. You help ensure qualified candidates are identified, information is accurate, and recruiting workflows stay organized.\nWhat we value in a Sourcing Intern here\nWe hire for a few core “quotients.” You do not need to be perfect in all of them, but you must come in strong and be able to learn fast:\nAttention to Detail\nYou work carefully and accurately. You catch missing information, maintain clean records, and ensure candidate data is properly documented.\nProcess Discipline\nYou follow established workflows consistently and understand that small details can have a large impact on recruiting outcomes.\nOrganization and Follow-Through\nYou manage tasks efficiently, stay organized across multiple priorities, and complete work without constant oversight.\nResourcefulness\nYou are comfortable learning new tools, navigating online platforms, and finding qualified candidates through various sourcing channels.\nWhat you'll do\nCandidate Sourcing\nSource qualified candidates through leading job seeker platforms, including Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other recruiting channels.\nCandidate Data Management\nManually parse and transfer candidate information between applicant tracking systems and internal platforms while maintaining accuracy.\nTalent Acquisition Support\nAssist the Support Team with sourcing projects, administrative tasks, and hiring initiatives as needed.\nData Quality Control\nReview candidate information for completeness and accuracy while identifying inconsistencies or missing details.\nOperational Support\nProvide administrative support that helps recruiting teams maintain efficient workflows and positive candidate experiences.\nWho this is for\nThis role fits someone who is:\nHighly detail-oriented and accurate\n\nComfortable working with repetitive, process-driven tasks\n\nOrganized and dependable\n\nStrong at managing time and priorities\n\nComfortable learning recruiting tools and systems\n\nAble to work independently in a remote environment\n\nThis role is not for someone who prefers unstructured work, struggles with documentation, or dislikes administrative responsibilities.\nCompensation and Benefits\nCompesation\n$350 - $500 per month, depending on experience\n\nSchedule\nFull-time\n\nRemote\n\nBenefits\nRemote work opportunity\n\nExposure to recruiting and talent acquisition operations\n\nHands-on experience with recruiting technology and ATS platforms\n\nOpportunity for growth within recruiting and operations teams\n\nWork closely with experienced recruiting professionals\n\nHow to apply\nApply, complete a short screening, and then interview with leadership.
