With a team of 120+ brilliant individuals from around the world, we are actively shaping Yepoda's story every day.\nYour Tasks:\nManage daily procurement operations: Create, place and follow up on purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate execution.\n\nCoordinate with suppliers: Maintain regular communication regarding order confirmations, lead times and delivery schedules.\n\nEnsure product availability: Monitor incoming deliveries, identify potential shortages and proactively address delays or supply disruptions.\n\nMaintain accurate data: Keep purchase orders, supplier information and delivery dates up to date in our ERP system (NetSuite).\n\nSupport inventory management: Align purchasing activities with demand forecasts, inventory requirements and stock availability.\n\nMonitor procurement performance: Track relevant KPIs, including supplier delivery performance and product availability.\n\nResolve operational issues: Investigate discrepancies, coordinate solutions with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and escalate risks when necessary.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline procurement activities and improve process efficiency and data quality.\n\nYour Profile:\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\nIdeally 2 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing or a related operational role.\n\nYou work in a structured and reliable way, manage multiple priorities and consistently follow through on your tasks.\n\nYou are comfortable working with numbers, identifying discrepancies and using data to support decisions.\n\nYou understand the importance of accurate information, well-maintained systems and reliable processes.\n\nYou take initiative, anticipate potential issues and communicate risks before they become problems.\n\nYou communicate clearly and professionally with suppliers and internal stakeholders.\n\nYou are confident using Excel or Google Sheets.
