Your focus is to elevate brand awareness, ensure consistent messaging, and create impactful stories across media, partners, and internal channels, while driving measurable reach, impressions, and brand impact in every market.\nYour Tasks\nLead and continuously evolve Yepoda’s global PR strategy, messaging, and brand storytelling across all markets and channels.\n\nOwn PR performance across markets by defining, tracking, and achieving clear KPIs on impressions, reach, and share of voice.\n\nManage and steer international PR agencies, including briefing, performance management, budget control, and negotiation of retainers and fees.\n\nPlan, draft, and coordinate press releases, media kits, seeding concepts, PR boxes, and PR activations; track and report on results.\n\nDrive PR box concepts and storytelling in close collaboration with the Creative and Influencer Marketing teams.\n\nBuild and maintain key company facts, press materials, and ensure all press touchpoints remain updated and aligned.\n\nDevelop communication strategies for sustainability, Pride, giving-back initiatives, and other brand purpose campaigns.\n\nEnsure consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual alignment across PR, influencer collaborations, social media, packaging, and retail touchpoints.\n\nCollaborate closely with the Trade Marketing Manager on B2B-related PR activities, including retailer partnerships such as Sephora.\n\nYour Profile\n5+ years of experience in PR, communications, or brand marketing, ideally within beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands.\n\nStrong experience working with and managing international PR agencies across multiple markets.\n\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence writing press-ready content.\n\nComfortable owning PR strategy end-to-end and translating it into measurable brand impact.\n\nHighly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel.\n\nCollaborative, calm, and adaptable in a fast-moving scale-up environment.\n\nFluent in English; additional European languages (e.g. German, French, Spanish, or Italian) are highly desirable.\n\nWhat We Offer\nDynamic Environment: The opportunity to work in a start-up environment surrounded by a passionate and dedicated team.\n\nAccelerate Your Career: Take on responsibility from day 1, with room for professional growth and advancement as the company continues to expand.\n\nInspiring Workspace: Located in the heart of Berlin's Prenzlauer Berg, a dog-friendly office, with free drinks and snacks.\n\nHybrid Working: We understand that sometimes you get more stuff done from home and need a change of scenery.\n\nWe Value Diversity: We seek to build an inclusive workplace that welcomes people from all different backgrounds.
