The work includes project scope, scheduling, materials, budgets, change orders, quality, customer communication, and final closeout.\nExperience with electric signs, electrical work, or LED lighting is strongly preferred. Project Managers work with customers and teams across YESCO to coordinate work and ensure projects are completed properly.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProject Management\nReview project scope, drawings, specifications, contracts, and customer requirements.\nDevelop project schedules and coordinate the people, materials, equipment, vendors, and subcontractors needed to complete the work.\nManage several projects at different stages at the same time.\nMonitor schedules, budgets, quality, and project requirements.\nCoordinate with Sales, Estimating, Engineering, Design, Installation, Service, customers, vendors, and subcontractors.\nKeep customers and project teams informed regarding progress, changes, and issues.\nManage change orders and related documentation.\nComplete project closeout, including open items, documentation, and final billing.\nProblem Solving and Customer Support\nSpot potential problems and work with the appropriate people to resolve them.\nAddress customer, vendor, contractor, and project issues.\nHelp ensure work meets project requirements, quality standards, and applicable codes.\nKeep project team members and contractors informed of expectations and commitments.\nEscalate significant issues when you need supplemental support or direction.\nProject Financials\nMonitor project costs and budgets.\nReview project financial conditions and discover potential cost issues.\nCoordinate billing and payments based on project requirements.\nTrack deliverables and milestones tied to payment.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nProject management, construction, or supervisory experience.\nExperience with electric signs, electrical work, LED lighting, or a comparable field.\nExperience working with customers, contractors, vendors, and project teams.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong math, budgeting, and deductive skills.\nCapability to manage multiple projects and priorities.\nGood judgment and the ability to make decisions independently.\nExperience with Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools.\nValid driver’s license and clean driving record.\n\nAn associate degree in Project Management or a similar field is preferred, but equivalent experience and training will be considered. Six or more years of relevant experience is helpful, particularly in the electric sign or construction industry.\nExperience with YESCO products and processes is a plus but not required.
