This person will also be applying vinyl and doing face decoration.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nReviews plans and diagrams to ensure accuracy of cutting of materials to create sign parts\nPlans, prepares and uses materials to be cut in a matter to keep waste to a minimum\nPrograms router to cut materials consistent with specifications of job order\nMaintains an understanding of router programming requirements\nOperates router to accurately cut materials to job specifications\nImplements and maintains quality control and safety during material handling and router operation\nRacks and pallets materials\nPerforms preventative maintenance and minor repairs of routers, tables, vacuum system, and dust collectors\nPerforms duties to ensure department meets expectations and deadlines\nDecorates sign faces with vinyl\nMARGINIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nMonitors parts and materials inventory\nMoves materials and cut parts around the YESCO facility\nPerforms other functions as necessary or as assigned\nNATURE OF WORK CONTACTS:\nInteracts daily with employees and supervisors at YESCO facilities to discuss material cutting projects\nTRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
