In this role, you will bridge the gap between business priorities, cutting-edge AI technologies, and user-centric design to deliver measurable impact.\n\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\n\n- Opportunity Identification: Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across customer experience, growth, marketing, and operations.\n\n- Product Lifecycle Ownership: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from problem discovery to PRD, MVP, launch, and optimization.\n\n- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Business, CX, Operations, Marketing, Design, Data and Engineering teams to execute key product initiatives.\n\n- AI Experiences and Automation: Build AI-powered experiences including AI assistants, chatbots, personalization engines, recommendation workflows, automation, and intelligent search.\n\n- Metrics and Impact Analysis: Define key KPIs and measure adoption, engagement, conversion, retention, model accuracy, and overall business impact.\n\n- Customer Research and Insights: Conduct ongoing customer research and leverage data-driven insights to uncover strategic product opportunities.\n\n- Technical AI Integration: Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams on LLMs, APIs, RAG architecture, AI Agents, model evaluation, and platform integrations.\n\n- Vendor Management: Manage third-party AI and technology vendors to ensure seamless integration and smooth implementation.\n\n- Product Documentation: Maintain robust PRDs, workflow diagrams, AI use case repositories, prompt libraries, and complete product documentation.\n\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\n\n1. Must-Have Requirements:\n\n- Core Experience: 3+ years of hands-on Product Management experience, preferably in B2C, D2C, Consumer Internet, E-commerce, or high-growth tech platforms.\n\n- AI/ML Exposure: Direct experience building, launching, or managing AI/ML-powered products, features, or intelligent automated systems.\n\n- Education: MBA or Technical Degree (B.Tech / B.E. in CS/IT or quantitative field) is a mandatory requirement.\n\n- Mindset and Acumen: Strong systems thinking, analytical mindset, sharp business acumen, and deep customer understanding.\n\n- Design Understanding: Solid understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and hands-on ability to create basic wireframes and user flows.\n\n- Execution and Agility: Comfortable operating in ambiguity with first-principles thinking, fast experimentation, and swift execution.\n\n- Communication: Excellent written/verbal communication and cross-functional leadership skills.\n\n2.
