As we scale rapidly, data-driven decision-making is a critical driver of growth, retention, operational excellence, and customer experience.\n\nThe Role : \n\nWe're looking for a product-minded Lead Product Analyst who can independently solve complex analytical problems and work closely with Product, Growth, Engineering, Operations, and leadership. The role is focused on using data to influence product decisions, identify customer opportunities, and drive measurable business outcomes.\n\nWhat You'll Do : \n\n- Lead deep-dive analysis across product features and customer journeys to identify growth and product improvement opportunities.\n\n- Own product KPIs, dashboards, metric definitions, and analytical frameworks across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, frequency, and monetization.\n\n- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and product experiments with strong statistical rigor.\n\n- Perform funnel, cohort, segmentation, retention, and root-cause analysis to understand user behaviour and business performance.\n\n- Track product releases and measure post-launch adoption, impact, and feature performance.\n\n- Build and maintain dashboards and analytical solutions using SQL, Python, and Tableau/Power BI.\n\n- Partner closely with Product Managers on roadmap, prioritization, feature evaluation, and data-backed decisions.\n\n- Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Operations, CX, and Engineering teams to improve conversion, retention, NPS, and order frequency.\n\n- Translate complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.\n\n- Mentor analysts and contribute to analytical best practices, metric governance, and a strong data-driven culture.\n\nWhat We're Looking For : \n\nMust-Have : \n\n- 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Product Analyst, Growth Analytics, or a similar role, with mandatory B2C exposure.\n\n- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience in Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.\n\n- Strong understanding of product metrics, funnels, cohorts, retention, segmentation, and experimentation.\n\n- Hands-on end-to-end A/B testing experience and understanding of statistical concepts.\n\n- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence product decisions through data.\n\n- Ability to independently own analytical problems from problem definition through insight and recommendation.\n\nGood to Have : \n\n- Experience with product instrumentation and event tracking.\n\n- Familiarity with Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, BigQuery, or Metabase.\n\n- Experience in a high-growth consumer-tech or startup environment.\n\nWhy Join YES MADAM ?\n\n-
