YesMadam is building a personalized, technology-led beauty and wellness ecosystem with a strong focus on customer experience, operational excellence, and innovation.\n\nAbout The Role :\n\nWe are looking for a driven and customer-focused Product Manager to own product initiatives end to end - from identifying user and business problems to defining solutions, driving execution, and measuring impact. The role requires strong B2C product thinking, analytical rigour, and the ability to work closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Business, and Operations teams. You will help shape a seamless consumer journey while delivering measurable business outcomes.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Own the product lifecycle, including discovery, strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, execution, launch, and iteration.\n\n- Translate customer needs, business goals, and market opportunities into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps.\n\n- Conduct product discovery through customer feedback, user research, data analysis, and competitive benchmarking.\n\n- Create PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation to align stakeholders and development teams.\n\n- Partner with Engineering, UI/UX, Analytics, Business, and Operations to deliver high-quality product experiences.\n\n- Improve key consumer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, search/discovery, booking, checkout, engagement, and retention.\n\n- Track product performance using metrics such as conversion, funnel drop-offs, retention, engagement, revenue, and customer satisfaction.\n\n- Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and data-led optimization to improve product and business performance.\n\n- Manage backlogs, sprint priorities, dependencies, release planning, and post-launch reviews.\n\n- Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and personalization to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.\n\nWhat We're Looking For :\n\n- 4+ years of experience in Product Management, with experience in B2C, D2C, consumer technology, e-commerce, or marketplace businesses preferred.\n\n- Strong understanding of mobile applications, consumer behaviour, user journeys, and digital product ecosystems.\n\n- Demonstrated ownership of products or significant features from problem definition through launch and optimization.\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert data and insights into product decisions.\n\n- Hands-on experience with funnel analysis, product metrics, experimentation, and A/B testing.\n\n- Ability to write clear PRDs and user stories and communicate requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\n- Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, prioritization, and execution skills.\n\nGood-To-Have Experience :\n\n- Experience in a high-growth startup or a consumer business with a large and active customer base.\n\n- Experience improving transaction-led journeys, conversion funnels, repeat usage, or customer lifetime value.\n\n- Exposure to marketplace, hyperlocal, on-demand services, or app-first business models.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like :\n\n- A clear, prioritized product roadmap aligned with customer needs and business goals.\n\n- Successful and timely delivery of high-impact product initiatives.\n\n- Measurable improvement in customer journey conversion, engagement, retention, and overall experience.\n\n- Strong product adoption and measurable contribution to business outcomes.\n\n- Effective cross-functional alignment and continuous product improvement.\n\nIdeal Candidate :\n\nAn ownership-driven product professional who combines customer empathy, structured problem-solving, data-backed decision-making, and strong execution.
