The role will own day-to-day product execution across discovery, planning, development, launch, and iteration. The ideal candidate is structured, detail-oriented, data-aware, and comfortable working closely with engineering, design, analytics, QA, and business stakeholders.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Own execution of the product roadmap by converting business goals and priorities into clear, actionable initiatives.\n\n- Work with stakeholders to understand problems, gather requirements, clarify scope, and define expected outcomes.\n\n- Create and maintain PRDs, user stories, process flows, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.\n\n- Break initiatives into milestones, prioritize backlogs, and ensure development teams have clear context and requirements.\n\n- Partner with Engineering, UI/UX, QA, Analytics, and Operations to drive timely, high-quality product releases.\n\n- Manage execution through sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, reviews, and release coordination.\n\n- Track dependencies, risks, blockers, and timelines; proactively resolve issues and communicate progress.\n\n- Ensure features are tested and aligned with requirements; coordinate UAT and release sign-offs.\n\n- Monitor feature adoption and performance after launch, gather feedback, and drive iterative improvements.\n\n- Use product metrics, customer feedback, and operational insights to evaluate outcomes and inform prioritization.\n\n- Maintain clear product documentation and alignment across stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n\n- 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or product execution roles, preferably in B2C, D2C, e-commerce, or consumer internet.\n\n- Strong experience in end-to-end product execution, requirement gathering, backlog management, and feature delivery.\n\n- Hands-on expertise in writing PRDs, user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.\n\n- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management.\n\n- Experience working closely with engineering and design teams and managing cross-functional dependencies.\n\n- Ability to understand technical discussions, assess trade-offs, and communicate requirements clearly.\n\n- Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Comfortable using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and product analytics platforms.\n\n- Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like:\n\n- Predictable and timely delivery of committed product initiatives.\n\n- Clear, complete, actionable product requirements with minimal execution ambiguity.\n\n- Effective coordination across Product, Engineering, Design, QA, and Business teams.\n\n- Proactive resolution of blockers and clear visibility into delivery status and dependencies.\n\n- High-quality releases that meet requirements and deliver measurable customer or business value.\n\n- Continuous improvement based on customer feedback, usage data, and stakeholder inputs.\n\nWhy Join YES MADAM:\n\nJoin a growing, technology-led consumer business where product execution directly shapes customer experience and business outcomes.
