We are BUILT FOR THE WILD™.\nAbout the Role\nThe Business Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting and enhancing business applications through system integration testing (SIT), execution of small to medium-sized projects, and day-to-day operational support. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure system stability, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of technology solutions that support business operations.\nWhat You'll Do\nSystem Integration Testing (SIT)\nPlan, coordinate, and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) for retail systems and applications.\nDevelop and maintain test cases, scripts, and scenarios aligned with business requirements. \nIdentify, document, and track defects; collaborate with development teams to resolve issues. \nValidate system functionality, integrations, and end-to-end processes prior to production deployment.\nProject Execution\nLead or contribute to small to mid-sized retail systems projects and enhancements. \nGather, document, and validate business requirements. \nCoordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. \nProvide post-implementation support and ensure smooth system adoption. \nOperational Support & Issue Resolution\nProvide Tier 2/3 support for store associates and business users. \nTroubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating when appropriate. \nManage and prioritize support tickets in accordance with SLAs. \nDeliver clear communication to users on issue status and resolution timelines. \nWhat You'll Do\nSystem Integration Testing (SIT)\nPlan, coordinate, and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) for business systems and applications. \nDevelop and maintain test cases, scripts, and scenarios aligned with business requirements. \nIdentify, document, and track defects; collaborate with development teams to resolve issues. \nValidate system functionality, integrations, and end-to-end business processes prior to production deployment. \nSupport user acceptance testing (UAT) activities and ensure readiness for system releases. \nProject Execution\nLead or contribute to small-to-medium-sized systems projects, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives. \nGather, document, analyze, and validate business requirements. \nPartner with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional system solutions. \nCoordinate cross-functional resources to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. \nProvide post-implementation support, user training, and adoption assistance as needed. \nOperational Support & Issue Resolution\nProvide Tier 2/3 support for business users across supported applications and systems. \nTroubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating when appropriate. \nManage and prioritize support requests in accordance with established service levels. \nCommunicate issue status, resolutions, and system updates to stakeholders. \nIdentify recurring issues and recommend long-term process or system improvements. \nBusiness Process & Systems Optimization\nAnalyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and system utilization. \nSupport system configuration, documentation, and change management activities. \nCollaborate with technical teams on system integrations, data flows, and process automation initiatives. \nMaintain business process documentation, system procedures, and training materials. \nWhat You Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. \n5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, application support, business process improvement, or a related technology role. \nExperience planning and executing System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect management processes. \nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and drive resolution. \nExperience supporting enterprise applications and collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. \nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business users.\nPreferred\nExperience supporting ERP, CRM, Supply Chain, Finance, HRIS, or other enterprise business systems. \nFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies. \nExperience with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or similar workflow and ticketing platforms. \nKnowledge of system integrations, APIs, middleware, and data flow concepts. \nExperience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Shopify, or other enterprise application platforms.\nUnderstanding of business process mapping, requirements documentation, and change management practices.\nBenefits & Perks:\nClick here to learn about the benefits and perks we offer at YETI.\nYETI is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.\nOur commitment to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture is at the center of everything we do for our employees.
