We are BUILT FOR THE WILD™.\nYETI is seeking a highly motivated Finance Systems Manager to join our Finance organization based at the company’s corporate headquarters in Austin, TX. This position reports directly to the Sr. Director Accounting and sits at the intersection of Finance, IT and Data/AI. Role is responsible for administering key finance systems, leading execution and coordination of project management activities, driving process optimization, and enabling the broader Finance team to leverage technology to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision making.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong finance process knowledge, systems expertise, and project leadership skills, along with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and digital transformation.\nResponsibilities:\nFinance System Administration\nServe as system administrator and subject matter expert for core finance systems (e.g., ERP, consolidation tool, credit card payment processor, gift cards, etc.)\nLead execution of master data governance processes for core finance systems, ensuring alignment with established policies and controls.\nReview and control security access permissions for financial systems.\nProvide systems support for BPC, including running periodic batch loads for BPC. \nReview and prioritize open tickets with finance management and IT support teams\nTroubleshoot system issues and partner with IT and external vendors to resolve efficiently\nProject Management\nServe as the Finance Project Manager for key IT initiatives impacting Finance . Partner with leadership to provide structure, governance support and visibility across Finance system initiatives.\nLead and deliver finance-related system implementations, upgrades and transformation initiatives .\nAs required, partner with the broader Finance team to define project scope, requirements, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of projects\nMonitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders\nManage User Acceptance Testing for financial systems and projects (test script design, coordination of testing sessions, logging defects/results)\nProcess Optimization & Automation\nPartner with the Finance team to identify opportunities to leverage automation tools, data analytics, and AI capabilities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability\nLead implementation and support adoption of new tools and digital capabilities within Finance, in collaboration with functional leaders.\nDevelop and maintain documentation for key processes and system workflows\n Qualifications and Attributes:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field\n8+ years of experience in relevant roles building transferable skills\nSAP experience is strongly preferred but must have hands-on experience with major ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and finance tools (e.g. Hyperion, OneStream, Anaplan).\nStrong understanding of master data management and required maintenance processes\nStrong understanding of finance processes (close, consolidation, planning, reporting)\nProven project management experience, including driving business requirements, performing UAT, and assisting with system cutovers\nExperience implementing or supporting AI, machine learning, or automation solutions within finance or enterprise systems\nAbility to translate between business and technical teams\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nHigh attention to detail with a focus on controls and accuracy\nProactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation\nBenefits & Perks:\nClick here to learn about the benefits and perks we offer at YETI.\nYETI is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.\nOur commitment to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture is at the center of everything we do for our employees.
