We are BUILT FOR THE WILD™.\nAbout the Role\nThe Inventory Replenishment Planner is responsible for maximizing global in-stock rates and inventory availability for the apparel product category. This individual contributor serves as the day-to-day owner of apparel replenishment, proactively monitoring inventory levels, executing replenishment actions, and resolving stock issues before they impact sales.\nThe role requires close partnership with store managers, sales teams, wholesale partners, and planning functions to ensure key apparel styles remain available to customers. Through a combination of inventory analysis and hands-on relationship management, this person will identify risks, coordinate replenishment, and drive execution to maximize sellthrough and wholesale order fulfillment.\nWhat You Bring\nMaintain in-stock positions for core apparel styles, sizes, and colors across all channels.\nConduct regular touchpoints with store managers to understand inventory needs, identify emerging stock issues, and ensure stores have the products needed to drive sales.\nReview store-level inventory and sales performance to proactively replenish key items before stockouts occur.\nMonitor wholesale purchase orders and partner with internal teams to maximize fill rates and ensure timely fulfillment.\nTrack open orders, inventory constraints, and at-risk SKUs, escalating issues and driving resolution.\nCoordinate inventory transfers and replenishment actions to address localized shortages.\nPartner with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales, Retail Operations, and Distribution teams to improve inventory availability.\nMaintain reporting on apparel inventory health, in-stock rates, fill rates, and key replenishment risks.\nServe as the primary point person for apparel replenishment execution across retail and wholesale channels.\nWhat You'll Do\nGreater than 2 years of experience in apparel replenishment, allocation, inventory planning, or merchandise planning\nStrong understanding of apparel inventory management\nStrong Excel and analytical skills\nComfortable working independently and managing detailed, recurring execution\nAbility to identify inventory risks early and drive cross-functional resolution\nBenefits & Perks:\nClick here to learn about the benefits and perks we offer at YETI.\nYETI is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.\nOur commitment to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture is at the center of everything we do for our employees.
