We are BUILT FOR THE WILD™.\nAbout the Role\nThe SAP Applications Analyst - Business Technology Platform (BTP) is responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing SAP BTP solutions that support enterprise business objectives and digital transformation initiatives. This role combines deep expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform services with broad knowledge of SAP and non-SAP ecosystems to drive scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. The analyst partners closely with business and IT leaders to develop innovative solutions that enable application development, integration, automation, analytics, and data management across the enterprise.\nWhat You'll Do\nSolution Architecture & Design\nDevelop and maintain SAP BTP solution strategies, roadmaps, and architectural blueprints.\nDesign scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions leveraging SAP BTP services, including Integration Suite, Extension Suite, Build Process Automation, SAP Build Apps, and Datasphere.\nEnsure alignment of SAP BTP architecture with enterprise IT standards, cloud strategies, and business objectives.\nProvide guidance on application extensions, integrations, automation, and data-driven solutions across SAP and non-SAP environments.\nImplementation & Integration\nLead full lifecycle SAP BTP implementations, from ideation through deployment and stabilization.\nArchitect and oversee integrations between SAP and third-party systems using SAP Integration Suite, APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native services.\nCollaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable technical solutions.\nDrive adoption of SAP BTP best practices for extensibility, integration, automation, security, and application development.\nStakeholder Engagement\nPartner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and shape solution strategies.\nTranslate business needs into technical designs, architecture deliverables, and implementation roadmaps.\nParticipate in architecture review boards, design sessions, and technical governance forums.\nCollaborate with functional and technical teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, and other business functions to enable cross-functional solutions.\nGovernance & Compliance\nDefine and enforce SAP BTP architecture standards, policies, and best practices.\nEnsure compliance with data security, privacy, governance, and regulatory requirements.\nSupport platform lifecycle management, environment strategy, and cloud governance initiatives.\nContinuous Improvement\nStay current with SAP BTP innovations, cloud technologies, AI capabilities, and industry trends.\nIdentify opportunities to improve system integration, automation, application extensibility, and platform performance.\nPromote adoption of emerging SAP technologies and capabilities to enhance business value and user experience.\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.\nGreater than 8 years of experience in SAP solution architecture, application development, integration, or platform engineering.\nProven expertise with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services, including Integration Suite, Extension Suite, SAP Build, and cloud application development.\nStrong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and integration patterns.\nExperience designing and supporting API-based, event-driven, and hybrid cloud solutions.\nKnowledge of SAP development technologies, including CAP, SAPUI5/Fiori, and cloud-native application architectures.\nExperience with data and analytics solutions, including SAP Datasphere and related data integration technologies.\nAbility to work cross-functionally in complex, global environments.\nMust be authorized to work in the United States.\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nSAP BTP certification(s).\nExperience with hyperscalers such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.\nExperience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern application lifecycle management practices.\nKnowledge of AI, automation, and low-code/no-code solutions within the SAP ecosystem.\nBenefits & Perks:\nClick here to learn about the benefits and perks we offer at YETI.\nYETI is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.\nOur commitment to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture is at the center of everything we do for our employees.
