We are BUILT FOR THE WILD™.\nThe Sr. Supply Chain Project Manager will support driving both short and long-term strategic initiatives for YETI’s global supply chain. The role will be focused on supply chain development and improving operational efficiencies.\nYETI seeks a self-motivated, energetic leader who thrives when presented a challenge. The ideal candidate has robust knowledge of global logistics and fulfillment, can build consensus across multiple stakeholders, will actively contribute to our supply chain strategy, and will drive results in a rapidly growing enterprise.\nResponsibilities:\nManage the execution of approved projects according to established target dates and budgets in in an organized, detailed manner. Projects require cross-functional coordination, communication, and influence.\nProvide analytical support for change initiatives\nDevelop and maintain all project related documentation like project scopes, budget, requirements, project timelines & internal meetings in a manner that will facilitate ease of access and use\nEffectively report project progress to stakeholders and leadership via all communication mediums (presentations, digital dashboards, email, verbal, etc…)\nRecommend improvements in project deliverables, process improvements\nSchedule and facilitate meetings necessary to coordinate and manage projects and other related business requirements.\nAnalyze stakeholder needs, identify gaps, identify risks and define capabilities for an acceptable solution to the business problem\nBuild constructive business relationships with all stakeholders, including 3rd party vendors\nDemonstrate effective planning and effective stakeholder management as well as an ability to set and manage realistic project timelines\nQualifications and Attributes:\nBachelor’s Degree required. Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering or International Business preferred\nGreater than 10 years of related experience and/or training, including prior experience leading projects. \nSignificant experience managing logistics or fulfillment operations and/or enabling supply chain improvement projects/programs \nAbility to operate at both a strategic and a tactical level, supporting the development of comprehensive strategies, then leading projects to deliver intended results\nFamiliarity with operational requirements needed to support multiple business channels\nExperience building new supply chains, international experience is a plus \nOperations experience within a global supply chain across multiple origin points, modes of transportation, and a multi-nodal distribution networks is preferable\nSAP experience is a plus \nFamiliarity with supply chain related technologies and a propensity to learn and work in new technologies\nExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency and ownership\nKnowledge of Trade Compliance requirements/regulationsis a plus\nPMP certification / training is a plus\nOutstanding communication and problem-solving skills\nProven relationship builder with diverse, remote stakeholder groups\nAbility to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, results oriented environment\nDesire and ability to be a team player who appreciates a unique, entrepreneurial and collaborative environment\nExcels at analyzing, interpreting, and building recommendations from data\nProblem solve and present information to management, co-workers, and business clients\nResourceful self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity\nBenefits & Perks:\nClick here to learn about the benefits and perks we offer at YETI.\nYETI is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.\nOur commitment to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture is at the center of everything we do for our employees.
