overruns.\n\nCreate delivery orders for devices, SIM cards and additional equipment through relevant business systems.\n\nMonitor device management trends and prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.\n\nClassify customer interactions to support service improvements.\n\nMonitor orders placed through digital sales channels, analyse results and propose process and system improvements.
