Your job is different: make sure enterprise buyers already know, understand, and trust YGO before sales ever reaches out.\nYou'll turn a technically complex product into stories, proof points, and content that decision-makers actually care about. You'll define how we position ourselves, what we say, where we show up, and how the market perceives us.\nThis isn't about chasing clicks or generating MQLs.\nIt's about building reputation.\nYou think in narratives, not campaigns. In trust, not clicks. Maybe SaaS. Maybe AI. Maybe enterprise software.\nTitles matter less than whether you've learned how to explain difficult technology in a way enterprise customers understand.\nWe're looking for someone who:\nUnderstands complex products quickly and translates them into compelling stories.\n\nWrites exceptionally well in German (native/C2) and English.\n\nEnjoys building from scratch and works independently.\n\nHas experience in an early-stage startup or building a marketing function.\n\nHas a strong feel for B2B communication, especially LinkedIn and long-form content.\n\nEnjoys talking to customers and uncovering stories worth telling.\n\nThinks analytically, experiments, learns, and continuously improves.\n\nAbove all, you're curious.
