You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and international teams to turn ideas into reliable, production-ready features.\nThis is a hands-on role. You’ll build features, write tests, fix bugs, review code, and ship software that is used by thousands of users across multiple markets.\nYou’ll have the opportunity to work across the stack using TypeScript, Python, React, Google Cloud and Cloudflare, while learning how to build and operate software in a real production environment.\nCore Responsibilities\nBuild Features: Develop and ship new features across our web applications, backend services, and internal tools.\n\nWrite Quality Code: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using TypeScript and Python.\n\nFrontend Development: Build and improve user interfaces using React.\n\nBackend Development: Develop APIs and backend services using Python and our cloud infrastructure.\n\nTesting: Write unit and integration tests to ensure features are reliable and prevent regressions.\n\nBug Fixing: Investigate, troubleshoot, and fix bugs across the application and backend.\n\nShip to Production: Take ownership of features from development through testing, deployment, and monitoring in Google Cloud.\n\nCollaboration: Work closely with Product, Business, and Engineering team members across different countries and time zones.\n\nContinuous Learning: Learn new technologies, improve development practices, and contribute ideas to make our products and engineering processes better.\n\nRequirements\nProgramming Foundation: Good understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, APIs, and software development practices.\n\nTypeScript / JavaScript: Comfortable with TypeScript or JavaScript and interested in building modern web applications.\n\nPython: Familiarity with Python and backend development.\n\nReact: Basic experience with React or another modern frontend framework.\n\nTesting Mindset: Understands the importance of automated testing and writing code that is reliable and maintainable.\n\nProblem Solving: You enjoy debugging problems, understanding how things work, and finding practical solutions.\n\nCommunication: Excellent English skills (Written and Spoken) are a must. You will work with an international team, so English is our primary language for communication.\n\nTeam Player: Comfortable working collaboratively, receiving feedback, and learning from more experienced developers.\n\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
