seeking an Application Engineer to support our growing Data Center Thermal Management business in North America.\nThis role serves as a technical bridge between customers, sales teams, and global engineering teams, supporting the development and application of advanced cooling solutions for AI servers, high-performance computing (HPC), and data center infrastructure.\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, experience with thermal management or liquid cooling technologies, and the ability to translate customer technical requirements into practical engineering solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide technical support to customers for data center thermal management and cooling applications.\nSupport the application and integration of liquid cooling components, heat exchangers, cold plates, and related thermal management products.\nParticipate in customer technical meetings, product presentations, design reviews, and engineering discussions.\nReview customer specifications, drawings, and technical requirements to evaluate product feasibility and application suitability.\nCoordinate with global engineering, R&D, and manufacturing teams to develop customized solutions.\nSupport product selection, technical proposals, quotations, and engineering documentation.\nTrack customer engineering projects from initial technical evaluation through product qualification and implementation.\nMonitor emerging data center cooling technologies and customer requirements to support future product development.\nRequirements\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.\n2+ years of experience in application engineering, thermal management, product engineering, technical support, or a related engineering role.\nUnderstanding of heat transfer, fluid dynamics, cooling systems, or thermal management principles.\nExperience reviewing technical specifications, engineering drawings, and customer requirements.\nAbility to communicate technical information effectively with customers and internal engineering teams.\nStrong problem-solving, project coordination, and cross-functional communication skills.\nComfortable working directly with customers in a technical support or application engineering capacity.\nAbility to work effectively with international engineering and manufacturing teams.\nWillingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.\nPreferred
