With strong support from our parent company, we are well positioned for continued growth across conventional heat exchangers, hybrid, electric vehicle (EV), and autonomous driving sectors.\nYinlun TDI LLC is an ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 certified manufacturer of heat exchangers and fluid cooling components for automotive, commercial truck, bus, and industrial markets.\n________________________________________\nPosition Overview\nWe are seeking a Technical Service Engineer to support engineering releases, production transfers, and post-launch technical activities across multiple manufacturing locations.\nThis role combines technical problem-solving, manufacturing support, and cross-functional coordination to ensure engineering data accuracy, production readiness, and successful product launches. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting manufacturing environments and understands the complexity of OEM program requirements.\nThis position plays a key role in maintaining engineering documentation integrity, supporting operational excellence, and ensuring smooth implementation of new and transferred production programs.\n________________________________________\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport engineering release activities, ensuring drawings, specifications, and technical documentation are accurate and properly distributed across sites.\nAssist with production transfer and launch activities to ensure smooth implementation and minimal disruption to manufacturing operations.\nProvide technical support for post-production issues, warranty feedback, and corrective actions to improve product performance and reliability.\nMaintain engineering documentation control and ensure information is accessible and current across global locations.\nSupport efforts to protect proprietary engineering data and ensure secure distribution to manufacturing partners and facilities.\nCollaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to improve release reliability and operational efficiency.\nAssist in identifying risks and supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to product launch and production support.\n________________________________________\nRequirements\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.\nProfessional Experience\n5+ years of experience in manufacturing, product engineering, or technical support in a production environment.\nExperience supporting product launches, engineering changes, or production transfers preferred.\nExposure to heat exchangers, cooling systems, or thermal management components is strongly preferred.\nSkills & Competencies\nUnderstanding of APQP processes and manufacturing quality requirements.\nFamiliarity with ERP systems (such as Plex) and engineering change management processes.\nProficiency with CAD software (Pro/E, Creo, or similar).\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to support cross-functional teams.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nStrong communication skills for collaboration across global teams.\nMobility\nAbility to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support production transfer and launch activities.\n________________________________________\nPreferred
