参与TA系统核心业务模块设计，完成编码、单元测试、接口联调，保障高并发交易场景下数据一致性、准确性，处理基金交易账务、份额登记相关逻辑。\n\n4. 参与需求评审、技术方案设计，排查线上问题，优化系统性能，保障基金登记业务7×24小时稳定运行。\n\n5. 配合测试、产品团队，梳理业务规则，沉淀业务文档，持续优化代码质量，跟进版本上线。\n\n任职要求\n\n1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年及以上Java后端开发经验，扎实Java基础，熟悉SpringBoot、SpringCloud、MyBatis等主流开发框架。\n\n2. 熟悉MySQL等关系型数据库，懂事务、锁机制，具备复杂SQL优化能力；了解消息队列（RocketMQ/Kafka），有高并发、分布式系统开发经验。\n\n3. 优先有基金TA系统、基金代销、资管、证券金融行业开发经验，了解基金开户、申购赎回、份额登记、资金清算等业务流程者加分。\n\n4. 熟悉RESTful接口开发，有第三方渠道对接、报文解析开发经验，了解金融系统数据安全、数据一致性要求。\n\n5.
