This is not a remote/hybrid role.\nYinzCam is looking for a Web Designer to join our team in Pittsburgh. In this role, you will design and build engaging, responsive web experiences for professional sports teams, leagues, and venues.\nWe’re looking for someone with 1-3 years of professional experience who combines a strong eye for visual and UX design with front-end skills. You should be comfortable taking a project from an initial design concept through implementation using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a focus on creating polished, responsive experiences that look great across desktop, tablet, and mobile.\nIf you love sports, enjoy working at the intersection of design and technology, and care about the details that make digital experiences feel polished, we’d love to hear from you.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign engaging, sports-centric websites and responsive web experiences for professional sports teams and organizations.\nCreate responsive page layouts and user experiences that work seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.\nIncorporate team branding, photography, typography, color, and other visual elements into compelling digital experiences.\nDesign around the unique needs of sports fans, including schedules, scores, news, video, ticketing, promotions, gameday content, and other fan-facing experiences.\nCollaborate closely with designers, developers, project managers, and other internal stakeholders to take projects from concept through launch.\nCreate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions.\nEnsure designs are technically feasible, responsive, accessible, and consistent across modern browsers and devices.\nTest and refine your work across different screen sizes and browsers, identifying and correcting visual or functional issues.\nIterate quickly based on feedback from internal teams and clients.\nMaintain consistency with established design systems and brand guidelines while finding creative ways to make each team's digital experience unique.\nStay current on web design trends, responsive design practices, front-end technologies, and emerging digital experiences.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n3-5 years of professional experience in web design, digital design\nA portfolio demonstrating strong web and responsive design work.\nExperience designing responsive experiences using a mobile-first approach.\nStrong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, color, spacing, and other fundamental design principles.\nExperience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.\nUnderstanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive web development.\nStrong attention to detail and a desire to deliver highly polished work.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong communication skills and a collaborative approach to receiving and incorporating feedback.\nA genuine interest in sports, technology, and digital fan experiences.\nNice to Have\nExperience of HTML/CSS and Javascript \nExperience designing websites, apps, or digital experiences within sports, entertainment, media, or live events.\nUnderstanding of web accessibility and WCAG best practices.\nExperience working within an established design system or component library.\nTHE
