Whether it's structured data flowing like a well-oiled stream or unstructured data that needs taming, you've got to make sure these pipelines are top-notch for seamless processing.\nData Systems Guardian: Existing data systems and services. Standard work hours are from 8 am to 5 pm IST.\nYou Are Likely To Succeed If you have or you are:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline from a top-tier (Tier 1/2) institution\n4+ years of hands-on software development experience\nDeep understanding of computer science fundamentals with core data structures and advanced algorithms\nExcellent in one of the following languages: Python / Golang / Java (Python is the most preferred)\nProficiency with messaging platforms (Kafka, RMQ, SQS) and relational/NoSQL datastores (MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, Cassandra, ScyllaDB, HBase, Redis, Aerospike, etc.).\nExperience in architecture and developing large-scale distributed systems. \nFamiliarity with microservice architecture, API gateway patterns, and service observability (logging, tracing, metrics).\nProven track record building and operating systems with strict latency and reliability requirements in 24/7 environments, including:\nHigh-performance, high-uptime (99.99%+) systems\nSelf-recoverable architectures\nContainer/VM orchestration platforms\nBonus: RPC frameworks (gRPC/Protobuf, Thrift)\nStrong architectural expertise with modern backend stacks (Go, Python, Java, Node.js) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure, Kubernetes/Docker)\nExcellent logic analysis capabilities, able to abstract and split business logic reasonably.\nStrong ownership, self-motivation, and the ability to deliver independently while also collaborating effectively.\nAbility to clearly articulate complex technical concepts and org-wide strategies to engineers, cross-functional partners, and executives.\nNice to have (Optional)\nKnowledge of security best practices, authentication/authorization, and performance tuning for high-traffic systems.\nKnowledge of AI agent/harness, focus on how to use AI to improve work efficiency or restructure work patterns\nExperience with DevOps practices\nWhat We Offer:\nOur compensation package includes comprehensive benefits, perks, and a competitive salary: \nWe care about your personal life and we mean it.
