Employees are expected to work from the NYC office five days per week.\nWe expect East Coast working hours.\nAs Our IT Delivery Engineer, You Will:\nDesign, implement, and maintain the systems and platforms that support the company’s internal IT environment\nAdminister and troubleshoot SaaS platforms and endpoint management systems including Kandji, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, and other core business tools\nManage and improve device management and endpoint configuration across the global fleet using MDM platforms\nPartner with Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure systems meet company security and compliance standards\nLead and contribute to IT infrastructure and service delivery improvement projects that increase system reliability and operational efficiency\nEvaluate and implement new technologies that enhance IT service delivery, system management, and automation\nDevelop automation and tooling to streamline provisioning, configuration management, and operational workflows\nMaintain accurate system configuration and asset data to support operational visibility and audits\nCreate and maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and operational procedures\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams across IT, Security, Engineering, and Operations to improve the scalability and reliability of internal systems\nYou Are Likely To Succeed If\nYou have 4+ years of experience in a modern IT, systems engineering, or IT infrastructure role supporting a distributed workforce\nYou have hands-on experience administering MDM/endpoint management platforms (Kandji, Jamf, or Intune) and core SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom)\nYou have led or made significant contributions to IT infrastructure or platform improvement projects - not just ticket queues\nYou look for opportunities to automate and build tooling rather than repeat manual work\nYou are comfortable owning ambiguous problems end to end in a fast-paced, global environment\nYou communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and partner well across Security, Engineering, and Operations\nYou are motivated by measurable improvements to system reliability, operational efficiency, and employee experience\nWhat We Offer:\nOur compensation package includes competitive salary and comprehensive benefit offerings. \nOpportunities to build a career as a manager or individual contributor through our career ladder that promotes based on impact.
