However, depending upon where the remote work is performed, income could be subject to New York State tax withholding\nAs Our IT Systems Engineer, You Will:\nDesign, build, and maintain integrations between internal systems and SaaS platforms (e.g., Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, HRIS, and other business tools)\nDevelop and maintain automation and workflows that improve system provisioning, access management, and cross-platform data synchronization\nWork with APIs, scripting, and automation tools to connect systems and streamline operational processes\nCollaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and IT teams to implement identity, access, and security-related integrations\nResearch, evaluate, and implement integration solutions to address technical and operational challenges\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and maintain integration reliability across connected systems\nWork with third-party vendors and platform providers to configure and support integrations\nCreate and maintain clear documentation for integration architecture, workflows, and system dependencies\nContribute to improvements in system architecture, automation, and operational efficiency across the company’s technology stack\nYou Are Likely To Succeed If:\nYou have 2+ years of experience working with SaaS platforms, integrations, or automation in a modern IT or engineering environment\nYou have experience working with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations\nYou are comfortable building automation using Python, Shell scripting, or similar languages\nYou have experience working with identity and access systems such as Okta or similar platforms\nYou enjoy solving complex technical problems by connecting systems and improving workflows\nYou are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving technical needs\nYou are organized and able to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously\nYou enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams across IT, Security, and Engineering\nYou learn quickly and are motivated to continuously improve systems and processes\nYou enjoy working in a small but highly collaborative team\nWhat we offer: \nOur compensation package includes comprehensive benefits, perks, and a competitive salary: \nWe care about your personal life, and we mean it.
