Type\nFull‑time | Permanent\nKey Responsibilities\nLead a group of QA Inspectors and provide technical guidance on inspection and quality-related issues.\nSupport First Article Inspection (FAI) and Validation for new and modified products.\nSupport MSA / Gauge R&R, calibration and measurement system activities.\nInterpret engineering drawings, specifications and GD&T requirements.\nEstablish and monitor SPC, Cp/Cpk and process capability for critical characteristics.\nInvestigate internal quality issues, process defects and customer complaints.\nImplement and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).\nMonitor quality trends, scrap, rejection and rework, and identify improvement opportunities.\nSupport customer, supplier, internal and external quality audits.\nPrepare quality reports, analysis and presentations for management and customers.\nRequirements\nDiploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Precision Engineering, Quality Engineering or related discipline.\n2–5 years of relevant QA / Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.\nExperience in plastic injection molding will be highly advantageous.\nGood knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.\nExperience with CMM / Vision Measurement Systems is preferred.\nKnowledge of SPC, Cp/Cpk, MSA and Gauge R&R.\nExperience with FAI / PPAP / PFMEA / Control Plan will be an advantage.\nKnowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 13485 will be an advantage.\nGood communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAble to work
