This role ensures profitability and operational efficiency by managing internal teams and coordinating with customers, vendors, and corporate leadership.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\nManage all sales and operational functions of the branch office\nEnsure branch profitability through effective leadership of customer service, estimating, and outside sales teams\nCoordinate sales activities and order processing to meet customer expectations and company standards\nServe as a key point of contact for customer and internal communication, addressing issues promptly and professionally\nAnalyze branch performance using standard reporting tools and recommend improvements\nOversee personnel matters, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management\nDevelop and implement sales programs to expand into new markets and grow revenue\nPrepare and recommend annual branch budgets to senior management\nDirectly supervise a team of 8 or more employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and all applicable laws\nPerform full-scope supervisory responsibilities, including:\nInterviewing and hiring\nPlanning and assigning work\nConducting performance evaluations\nAdministering employee recognition and disciplinary actions\n\nAddressing complaints and resolving conflicts\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nIndividual manages 2 or more employees in the department\nCarries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws\nResponsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems\nEducation/Experience/Skills:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field, plus 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in the glazing or commercial construction industry; combination of experience, education and certifications may be considered\nStrong leadership and organizational skills with a track record of driving results\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nProficiency in using performance metrics to evaluate branch operations\nCommitment to safety and a quality-first mindset\nCustomer-focused and results-oriented\nBe vigilant about safety\nQuality - conscious, oriented to excellence\nPhysical Demands:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
