We are looking for a highly skilled LSA and GBP Specialist to join our team and help us optimize Local Service Ads campaigns and Google Business Profiles for our clients.\nResponsibilities:\nWork with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to optimize Local Service Ads campaigns, driving lead generation and conversion for real estate clients.\nContinuously analyze performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.\nServe as a subject matter expert on Local Service Ads and Google Business Profiles for our clients, staying up-to-date with industry trends and changes in policies and best practices.\nCollaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop and execute effective Local Service Ads strategies for clients.\nCommunicate campaign performance and insights to clients, as well as recommend ongoing optimizations and improvements.\nEnsure campaigns are executed in a timely and efficient manner, working closely with the Operations team.\nJob Requirements\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.\n2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Local Service Ads or Google Business Profile optimization.\nStrong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions and optimize performance.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with clients via phone, email, and text message.\nSelf-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.\nKnowledge of Local Service Ads and Google Business Profile best practices and policies, as well as trends in the real estate industry.\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience in the real estate industry or a related field.\nFamiliarity with real estate lead generation and conversion strategies.\nExperience with project management and workflow tools.\nUnderstanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels.\nExperience with Google PMAX campaigns\nAt Ylopo, we offer competitive compensation, a comprehensive benefits package, and a dynamic work environment that values collaboration and innovation.
