Physics Expert (PhD / Postdoc)

Schedule: 10-15+ hrs/week, Flexible

micro1 is seeking Physics Experts (PhD/Postdoc) to support a customer project involving advanced physics problem-solving and AI training. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solve advanced physics problems with rigorous derivations and analysis.
  • Document assumptions, approximations, and results using LaTeX.
  • Use Python, SymPy, and Jupyter for computational verification.
  • Identify technical subtleties, boundary conditions, and inconsistencies.
  • Review and refine solutions based on expert feedback.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and reproducibility.
